Physician Change In Our Office

We regret to inform you that Jason Kalan, M. D. resigned his position at Crown Point Pediatrics September 6, 2012.  He will no longer see patients in our office.  We are not aware of any plans for him to see patients in the Denver metropolitan area.  David Roos, M. D., FAAP, FACP;  Vona Lantz, MSN, CPNP and Jaime Clark, MS,PA-C continue to be available Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings to care for your infants, children and teens.  Please call our office if you have any questions.

 

Weather Update: February 3, 2012

Our office will be closed today, Friday, February 3, 2012 because of the major snow storm which has hit the Denver-Parker area.  Call Monday, February 6 to re-schedule appointments, 303-695-7667.  Our provider’s will be on call through the weekend if you have questions or concerns about your child.  Thank you for your understanding about closing our office due to the storm.
